RECEPTION INFORMATION
The Welcome Desk will be open on Thursday, June 1st, 2000 from 16:00 –20:00 and Friday, June 2nd, 2000, from 8:00 – 09:45 at the Faculty of Electrotechnics, 25, Ghe.Baritiu street, Medical Engineering Centre- room 167. Participants are asked to check in at the Conference welcome desk, to collect their personal workshop materials. Useful information will be available also.
LOCATION
The Conference will be held at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, Rectorate building, room 474 - "Aula Domsa", C. Daicoviciu street 15, and at room 107, C.Daicoviciu street 15, Tower Building (Blocul Turn) .
ORAL SESSIONS
Oral sessions will be held in room 474 - "Aula Domsa", Daicoviciu street 15 .The maximum time of 15 minutes will be allowed (10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussions, respectively) for each paper and 25 minutes for "invited papers". For the presentation a projector, a PC and LCD system will be available.
POSTER SESSIONS
The poster session will be held in room 107, C. Daicoviciu street 15, Tower Building. You will be provided with a 120-cm wide, 100-cm high board, pins and stickers. The authors are required to be in attendance  for discussions. Please remove your poster in the same day.
SOFTWARE AND PRACTICAL DEMONSTRATIONS
Software and practical demonstrations of some companies will be organized on Friday, June 2nd, 2000,  in the room 107, 15, C.Daicoviciu street, Tower Building.
REFRESHMENTS AND SOCIAL EVENTS
Refreshments will be served during the breaks at the time indicated in the technical program. More information about the Social events will be available during the Conference.
